Terms and conditions
This website is informational: it shows the restaurant menu, opening hours and how to get in touch.
- Prices. Published prices include VAT and may change. In the event of any discrepancy, the prices shown in the restaurant prevail.
- Availability. The menu may change with the season and with the availability of fresh produce. Some dishes may be unavailable at a given time.
- Orders. Collection and delivery orders are handled by telephone or through the delivery platforms the restaurant works with, each with its own terms and delivery times.
- Allergens. We hold the allergen information for every dish. If you have an allergy or an intolerance, please tell us before ordering: dishes are prepared in a kitchen that handles gluten, fish, crustaceans, soy, sesame, egg, dairy and nuts.
- Raw fish. Fish served raw or lightly cooked has been frozen beforehand in accordance with Regulation (EC) 853/2004.

What data we process, and why. This website has no forms and no user accounts. We only process the data you give us voluntarily when you call or write to us (name, telephone or email and the content of your enquiry), for the sole purpose of answering you or handling a booking or an order.
Legal basis. Your consent when you contact us, and performance of the contract in the case of a booking or an order.
Retention. For as long as needed to deal with your request and, afterwards, for the legal limitation periods.
Recipients. We do not share data with third parties unless legally required. Delivery services and the web hosting provider process data on behalf of the controller.
Your rights. You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@kohalapoke.es. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
